- ASO Specialist / ASO 專員 - Web3 工作地點：核心崗位需要外派 馬來西亞 / 新加坡 / 海外 職責(zé)： -了解熟悉IOS、Google Play關(guān)鍵詞榜單排名算法變化，制定相應(yīng)ASO優(yōu)化策略，包含關(guān)鍵詞選擇組合等，不斷提升關(guān)鍵詞覆蓋量和TOP3 關(guān)鍵詞數(shù)量； -負責(zé)產(chǎn)品在應(yīng)用商店（GooglePlay/AppStore）的搜索優(yōu)化和轉(zhuǎn)化優(yōu)化工作，監(jiān)控優(yōu)化效果，分析數(shù)據(jù)并做出及時調(diào)整方案，不斷提升產(chǎn)品的自然新增； -負責(zé)拓展商店下載助推流量，提升產(chǎn)品在財務(wù)榜的下載排名； -負責(zé)代表ASO和指定區(qū)域緊密配合，不斷提升產(chǎn)品在該區(qū)域的整體新增，并沉淀區(qū)域競品研究、用戶研究報告。 任職要求： - 2年以上ASO和一年以上區(qū)塊鏈行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗； - 商店隱私政策解讀能力； - 擅長行業(yè)、區(qū)域、用戶研究，能夠根據(jù)調(diào)研產(chǎn)出有效研究方向； - 優(yōu)秀的英語水平，熟悉ASO相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)工具網(wǎng)站； - 熱愛web3行業(yè)，善于學(xué)習(xí)和自我提升，希望長期在行業(yè)發(fā)展； - 合作型人才，積極主動地溝通和協(xié)作 - 長期計劃在海外發(fā)展 ASO Specialist- Web3 Job Responsibilities - Understand and be familiar with the changes in IOS and Google Play keyword list ranking algorithms, formulate corresponding ASO optimization strategies, including keyword selection combinations, etc., and continuously increase keyword coverage and the number of TOP3 keywords; - Responsible for the search optimization and conversion optimization of products in the App Store (Google Play/AppStore), monitoring the optimization effects, analyzing data and making timely adjustments to continuously improve the natural addition of products; - Responsible for expanding store download boost traffic and improving product download rankings on the financial list; - Responsible for representing ASO and working closely with designated regions to continuously improve the overall addition of products in the region, and prepare regional competitive product research and user research reports. Job Requirements: - More than 2 years of ASO and more than 1 year of working experience in the blockchain industry; - Ability to interpret store privacy policies; - Good at industry, regional, and user research, and able to effectively research directions based on research output; - Fluent in English and familiar with ASO related data tool websites; - Passion in blockchain industry, fast learner and self-improvement; - Good in communication
